These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Casarc Wallet website (the “Website”). The Website is a simple informational landing page for Casarc Wallet. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1) What the Website is

The Website provides general information about Casarc Wallet, including product descriptions, links, and contact details. Casarc Wallet is a browser extension wallet built for ARC. The product and Website may evolve over time.

2) Non-custodial design

Casarc Wallet is designed to be non-custodial. Your seed phrase and private keys are created locally in your browser, encrypted with your password, and stored only on your device. We do not custody user funds and do not have access to your private keys.

Casarc Wallet is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, and device. You understand and accept that:

Casarc Wallet may connect to third-party ARC DApps through an EVM-compatible provider. Every new website must be approved by you before it can access the wallet. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any permissions requested and any transactions you approve or sign.

Third-party DApps are operated by independent parties. Casarc Wallet does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party DApps, their content, their security, or their functionality. You can review or revoke previously approved connections from the Connected DApps section in Settings.
